Terms of Use

The Site presents HiiHealth’s research programmes and product direction for information only. Product depictions — including on-screen scores, signals, and interfaces — are illustrative demonstrations of design intent, not measurements from a released product, and may change or never be released. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.

Joining the early-access list registers your interest only. It does not create any obligation on us to provide access, and does not create any subscription, purchase, or entitlement. Access, if offered, may be limited, staged, region-specific, and subject to additional terms presented at the time. Participation in research studies is always governed by separate informed-consent documentation.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Site’s forms or join the early-access programme.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in breach of any applicable law or regulation;
• Interfere with the Site’s operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, or probe or test the vulnerability of the Site without our written consent;
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content or data from the Site, including for training machine-learning models, without our written consent;
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software made available through the Site, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law.

The Site and all content on it — including text, imagery, illustrations, interface designs, video, and the HiiHealth name and logo — are owned by or licensed to HiiHealth and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Site for personal, non-commercial use. No other rights are granted.

If you send us feedback, ideas, or suggestions, you grant HiiHealth a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use them for any purpose without obligation to you. Do not send us information you consider confidential.

The Site may link to third-party websites or resources. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices, and a link does not imply endorsement.

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Research findings and product claims described on the Site reflect work in progress and may not be replicated in released products.

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law (including the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977):

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of the Site;
• Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms shall not exceed one hundred Singapore dollars (S$100).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Singapore law.

You agree to indemnify and hold HiiHealth, its directors, officers, and employees harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or the early-access programme at any time if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or where required by law. Sections which by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 05, 06, 08, 09, 10, and 14) survive.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms take effect when posted on this page with an updated “last updated” date, and your continued use of the Site after that date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Site, and you submit to that jurisdiction.

A person who is not a party to these Terms has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 of Singapore to enforce any of these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a corporate transaction. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and HiiHealth concerning the Site.
